Kids Yoga incorporates yoga, games, acrobatics, dance, breathing and relaxation to encourage child development and wellness. Classes are interactive and driven by the playfulness and spontaneity of the kids. Rituel Kids Yoga instructors honor the innate wisdom and expressiveness of children by guiding their activities to build trust, teamwork, respect, health and fun.
Kids Pilates
Pilates for children is a combination of Pilates Mat technique, Feldenkrais and dance. The class is designed to develop a child’s motor coordination in conjunction with their core strength, building confidence and a strong body. Dance choreography is taught to inspire creativity, movement and harmony – with oneself and as a part of a group.
Zumbatomic (14 yrs – 17 yrs)
The latin dance exercise program of Zumba conceived specifically for kids! Zumbatomic is a dance class, an exercise class and an hour filled of fun and music. The choreography is developed in coordination with Latin and popular music. An ideal form of exercise for kids to improve movement, coordination and confidence.
Hip Hop (8 yrs – 14 yrs)
Modern Hip Hop is a combination of break dancing, popping and acrobatic dance that originated in the USA. The kids will find themselves mesmerized by the music and absorbed into the fun of the class and its choreography.
