XTEND BARRE
Rituel is the first studio in Paris to feature Xtend Barre! Xtend Barre is a ballet barre exercize routine that integrates dance, Pilates and cardiovascular work. By combining the rigor of ballet barre exercizes with the discipline of Pilates – breathing, balance and concentration – and adding a cardiovascular rhythm, the result is a total-body structured exercize program that creates a long, lean, flexible body. Xtend Barre welcomes all levels of fitness, age, and gender. It continues to be challenging even to the most seasoned participant. With the accompaniment of music the 55 minute long class energizes and stimulates for a complete workout.
Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness incorporates the intoxicating rhythm of Latin dance with the fun of a party and the exertion of a total fitness workout. The music is selected specifically to enhance the mood and the movements. The movements are based in Latin dance and made simple for every level of dancer or athlete. We offer classes for each age group – adult, teen, children (Zumbatonic) – and all levels of fitness and dance skill. Zumba brings variety and fun to dance-fitness.
Floorballet
Developed by Verena Tremel, Rituel’s master instructor, Floorballet is a routine of combined ballet, modern dance and Pilates movements set to contemporary music. Her years of dancing and teaching have enabled Verena to develop a studio-based set of exercises that bring balance, strength and poise to participants. Floorballet works to lengthen and strengthen muscles and tendons in a non-invasive manner and with the tools familiar in Pilates and dance studios.
